Description
Independent access, entrance, very large air-conditioned bedroom (queen size bed) with an office area, a dressing room with dressing table, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC and a laundry room with washing machine.
Modern kitchen with new fixtures and fittings (fridge / freezer, hotplates, oven, toaster) with large work surfaces allowing you to cook whilst enjoying the relaxing view of the bay.
Large terrace with living room and lounge (and hammock, of course !).
WI-FI access
Parking space available for an electric cart with possibility of recharging.

Ti Heaven is located in the Savannah district on the edge of hyper center of the village nearby the main shops (2 supermarkets, bakery, post office, restaurants, bars within 5 minutes on foot). 10 minutes walk (500m) from the pier. The nearest beach, Fond de curé, is only 3 minutes walk away.
Its location in the center of Terre de Haut is ideal for radiant on the whole island without necessarily having to rent a vehicle (electric car, electric bike or scooter). Excluding hikes, the furthest point of the island is about a 30 minutes walk.

Les Saintes offers all the basic services: 3 mini-markets (which deliver to your home), 2 bakeries, 2 pastry shops, a fish market, a fruit / vegetable market, numerous local and upmarket restaurants, a pharmacy, two doctors surgeries, physiotherapists, dentists, ATM’S…

Rates
4 nights minimum
135€ per night (+ 60€ for cleaning)
120€ per night for a stay of 7 nights or more (+ 60€ for cleaning)

400€ deposit (to be paid in cash on your arrival and returned on the day of your departure)

Booking conditions
Given the recent health hazards and the fluctuating restrictions accompanying them, I do not ask for a deposit when booking. You will pay the entire stay on the day of your arrival. I'm just asking you to send me by email your confirmed electronic airplane ticket that includes the dates of your stay in Ti Heaven. Your reservation will be taken into account when receiving this document. If your stay was to be canceled or postponed, no compensation will be claimed. Please just be kind to let me know as soon as you know you are unable to travel.
Housework
Towels, sheets and tea towels are provided (but not the beach towels). You juste to leave the house in order (dishes washed and put away, ...).

Other informations
Smoking is allowed but only on the terrace.
Parties are forbidden
Candles prohibited (wooden house and wind).

Tourist tax
A tourist tax of 0.80 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
